Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Mama's TCG! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. 

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods or major new-release launches, processing may take a little longer — but we'll always do our best to get your cards to you as quickly as we can. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're unable to redirect a parcel once it's on its way, and any orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-postage fee.

Shipping rates

Orders $300 AUD and over — free shipping Orders under $300 — shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size Carrier & tracking Orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, Australia Post typically delivers within 2–7 business days depending on your location. These are estimates provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed — regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels

We take great care packing every order so it arrives safely. Once a parcel has left us and is with Australia Post, delivery is in their hands. If your tracking shows delivered but the parcel hasn't arrived, or it turns up damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll do everything we can to help resolve it with the carrier. For extra peace of mind on higher-value orders, we recommend choosing a signed or insured postage option at checkout where available.
